Zucchini and almond pasta salad

Oops, i sprinkled roasted pinenuts after i took pics.

I used goast cheese because mh likes that one.

I like the way she or he, i meant the chef of the, cooked zucchini: Toss zucchini slices with one teaspoon salt in a large colander sitting on top a boiling water saucepan until zucchini r tender then drain them.
