Make the flour mix with butter, 55 gram, self-raising flour about 120 gram, milk, one egg.
Chop the zucchini very thin and squeeze the juice out. I kept the zucchini in fridge for some days, so it dried out already.
Chop the leek very fine, cook it with shallot, then let them cool down then add in chilli, parsley, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, one egg, salt, pepper, sugar.
Cook bacon, then mix all toghether gently. Some chopped up very fine parsley in this mix too.
Parsley, coriander, soft Cottage cheese, thicken cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper to make the sauce.
