I like this package of Indian dish, not so-Indian-heavy-taste-and-smell.
I seasoned the hot pan with pepper, salt, garlic and brown onion then added chicken, browned them up, then added this package in, stir them enough time to coat this powder in chicken.
I used chicken with bones because in my opinion, any stew or curry needs bones to make the dish tasty.
Then added a can of diced tomato, tomato paste as recipes said. When it cooked, added thicken cream, let it simmer for a while then serve.
I dont like the way white ppl cook curry without bones, never tasty and nice like Asian curry wich always has to have bones. Even beef curry, we use bones-broth.
