How to make any seafood or chicken crumble have crispy batter…

First, use self-raising flour

Second, u need keep seafood like squid, and chicken in fridge for sometime before u cook it, so the fridge will hydrate the seafood or chicken. If u dont let fridge hydrate the squid or chicken, no matter how good your batter is, the juice from squid and chicken will fuck up your crumble.

I got this trick from the fish and chips shop and the restaurant i worked for.
