Vegan stuffed red capsicum

Cook couscous then mix with Feta goat cheese, brown onion, salt, pepper, parsley and stuff in red capsicum. Some olive oil on each red capsicum and on baking tray too.

Cover it with foil, oven 200 degree for half an hour or a little bit more, then springkle some breadcrumble on top, cook for another 10 mins.
