Cover red capsicum in foil then put in oven-proof sauce pan and roast it on stove.
Grill zucchini and Haloumi. Haloumi cheese cook very quick.
Make salad with some lettuce, red onion, parsley, lemon, Balsamic, grape-seed oil, salt, pepper, canned beans
Cut and add zucchini and red capsicum, mix well then put on plate, put Haloumi cheese on top.
