Caramel upside down bread and butter pudding

This time, i used brioche, not croissant.

Brioche soaked in the mix that have condensed milk, milk, sugar, raisin soaked-in-some-French-blah-blah-wine-or-whatever-i-dont-remember-the-name, melted-butter, vanila, cream, six yolks and one egg white.

Caramel sauce: brown sugar, butter, milk.

Some orange marmalade on top and bake.

Serve with ice-cream.
